Tornatore's EVO Oil 'Monte Etna' is a very fine oil from eastern Sicily. Only olives of the Nocellara variety, grown on Mount Etna and partly in the area around Randazzo, are used. This is an oil with a vegetal and fruity profile, with tasty hints of tomato pulp and leaf.
