Bugno Martino's 'Fuori Luogo' Semi-sparkling White is a refreshing and immediate wine, designed to be drunk in the warmer seasons. The vinification process involves soft pressing with extraction of only the free-run juice and a second fermentation in the bottle with indigenous yeasts.
