Carignano del Sulcis Superiore 'Gavino' Mesa 2017

A pure Carignano del Sulcis, rich and seductive, unfiltered, extracted from old sapling pre-phylloxera vines and aged 18 months in oak barrels. Dressing a compact ruby red, the nose gives off fruit and spices, such as blackberry, black cherry, tobacco and juniper. In the mouth it reveals full-bodied, warm, very smooth and well balanced, with a fruit in alcohol finish
