The Champagne Brut Nature 'Terre Des Moines' Vadin Plateau is vinified with only Pinot Meunier. Vinification is carried out with indigenous yeasts, bottling without filtration or cold treatment. The nose reveals aromas of golden apple, white flowers, balsamic hints and toasted bread crust. On the palate it is fresh, with a round, creamy structure and a persistent mineral finish. Ideal with raw fish and soft cheeses
