The Chardonnay 'Primo Bianco' Cascina Faletta is a fresh white from clayey terroir, structured yet easy to drink. It is vinified in steel, with soft pressing and low-temperature fermentation to preserve the aromatic character of the fruit as much as possible. On the nose, it is distinctly tropical, with pineapple and mango leading to fresh citrus aromas. On the palate, it is not a light wine but certainly fresh and very drinkable, with pronounced savoriness.
