Chardonnay Sirch 2025

The Chardonnay by Sirch is a soft and fragrant Friulian white, an intense and very territorial version of this grape variety. The use of only steel in production maintains freshness, while maturation on the lees and frequent batonnage give structure and complexity. Many aromas emerge on the nose: tropical fruit, evolved white fruit, hints of bergamot and balsamic notes, dried fruit… On the palate, the aromatic complexity continues, and the palate, very fresh, is supported by a material sip
