"Mosesco" is a Dolcetto d'Alba from the Langhe region in Piedmont. It undergoes the maturation period in steel tanks, to keep the varietal characteristics untouched and shows alcoholic flavours of prunes and sour cherries jam, herbal with spices notes. Very warm and smooth at the sip, it is plesantly fresh and savoury.
