Valdisole's 'Elektra' white wine is a fascinating macerated wine produced by a young Piedmontese company. The aromatic grapes, a small percentage of which are whole bunches, ferment spontaneously and macerate for several months. The result is an intense and very fragrant orange that surprises with its fruity and almond scents. On the palate it is juicy, full-bodied but very elegant, with rare persistence. A fine wine but lively and exuberant at the same time
