Enigma Valdisole

Enigma di Valdisole is a red wine undergoing constant stylistic evolution. The name derives from the Greek word ‘ainigma’ , meaning ‘mystery’, and reflects the fact that, over time, the composition of this wine has brought together different grape varieties in varying proportions: it is a wine that is constantly evolving. No vintage is the same as the last, but each has its own identity thanks to the intuition and experimentation of the two Valdisole winemakers. On the nose, it opens with fruity hints of blackberry and raspberry, with notes of wild strawberry and hints of wild herbs. On the palate, it is smooth with fine tannins and a lively freshness.
