Tai Rosso Semi-sparkling Rosé 'Sgass' Sauro Maule 2022

Sauro Maule's Rosato "Sgass" is a semi-sparkling, easy-drinking wine made from pure Tai Rosso grapes. The grapes are harvested slightly early, in the first half of September, and then, during vinification, contact with the skins lasts ten hours in order to obtain a bright and delicate pink colour. The nose reveals notes of fresh red fruit and floral aromas. On the palate, it stands out for its excellent freshness and delicate effervescence, which make it dynamic and very easy to drink. Perfect as an aperitif, accompanied by bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes
