The Gewürztraminer "Praepositus" from Abbazia di Novacella is an aromatic white wine that was created by a very old winery. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of around 650 metres, guaranteeing a microclimate that is always cool and allows the grapes to ripen at the right time. The glass fills up with light yellow with occasional golden reflections, due to the brief refinement in steel tanks, and the nose is inebriated with typical scents of the vine: white flowers, tropical fruit and light herbaceous hints. The palate is aromatic, lively and fresh with a mineral finish
