The Grisara di Ceraudo is a full-bodied white wine based on Pecorello, with a focus on environmental respect, aged in steel to preserve its aromas, and presents itself as very fresh. It is fragrant, floral, and briny. Savory, soft, and persistent.

Pecorello are on average about 20 years old and are cultivated with sunny exposures facing southeast. The yield per hectare is very low and does not exceed 50 quintals. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented in steel tanks. The wine ages in steel for a few months before being bottled.

The Grisara from the Calabrian winery Ceraudo is a perfect example of the great tradition of the region. The ancient Enotria, already famous for the quality of its wines in the time of the Greeks, is a generous land, capable of producing original and interesting labels. In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color. The olfactory profile is characterized by aromas of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub, floral notes, citrus aromas, white fruit, and iodine hints. The sip is savory, with fragrant fruit showing ripe and tropical hints. The finish has good persistence and closes with marine and briny sensations.
