Perseveranza's Lambrusco Rosato 'Centenario' is a semi-sparkling wine made from 100% Lambrusco Salamino grapes from vines that are over eighty years old. On the palate, it combines the sharp energy of the variety with the power and structure of the old vineyard. It is fresh and decisive on the palate with a lively mousse and delicate tannins.
