The Pecorino di Belisario comes from the hilly vineyards of Rocca San Giovanni, in the Abruzzo territories of the winery. The wine is produced in steel with must decantation, all to enhance the fruity character of this grape variety. Floral and white fruit notes open the scene to briny hints, on the palate it is very fresh and has a balanced structure. To be paired with cod with green sauce
