The Nebbiolo 'Pic-Ten' from Cantina di Cunéaz Nadir is a wine that surprises with its lively drinkability; it can be defined as a Nebbiolo that breaks the mould. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with the stems, to obtain a more delicate tannin extraction and greater aromatic complexity, while ageing continues for a year in used barriques. The nose is complex with hints of ripe red fruit, floral notes, hints of liquorice and light spicy nuances on the finish.
