Fantinel's Pinot Grigio is vinified in steel to preserve the freshness and aromaticity of the grapes. On the nose the scents are vertical, ripe, with dried wild flowers evolving into ripe notes of yellow fruit. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and enveloping, an ideal sip to accompany appetisers and well-structured fish dishes
