The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut by Bolla comes from an iconic area for sparkling wine production. After a few months in autoclave for the foam formation, the wine is ready to be bottled with a small addition of sugars. This allows the development of a pleasant sip that is both clear and fresh, accompanied by hints of fruit and white flowers. Very drinkable, it is the ideal companion for appetizers based on delicate meats.
