Formentini's Ribolla Gialla Collio originates between Oslavia and San Floriano, historic white wine communities. Ribolla gives unique expressions thanks to its late ripening, exposure to the Bora wind and ponca-rich soils. This expression is very typical, intensely fruity and mineral, vinified in steel only to accentuate its character to the maximum. The nose reveals intense aromas of acacia flowers, citrus fruits and exotic fruits, while the palate reveals itself to be distinctly fresh with typical savoury minerality.
