Semi-Sparkling Rosé 'OX' Costadilà

Costadilà's 'OX' Semi-Sparkling Rosé is a new experiment in rosé from a historic winery in the Belluno area. The refermentation in the bottle begins with must from dried grapes, which gives it softness and hints of red fruit. The nose reveals wildflowers, rosehip and wild strawberry. On the palate, it is taut and fresh, with great agility. Perfect with Venetian cured meats or a risotto with cappelunghe pasta from the Upper Adriatic.
