Domaine Boissonnet's Saint Joseph Blanc 'Cuvée Emisphere' is a rarity within an appellation dominated by red wines made from Syrah. However, a small production is dedicated to this blend, in which Marsanne adds depth and richness, while Roussanne brings freshness and fruity aromas.
