Giorgi's Spumante Cuvée Extra Dry 'Eleonora Giorgi' is a fresh sparkling wine made only from Pinot Noir grapes, a tribute. to the family's long winemaking tradition. Foaming takes place in spring, with an ageing period of at least six months, a long period in autoclaves, which enhances the varietal fragrance without sinning in intensity. The nose expresses clear hints of apple and white flowers such as artemisia and elderflower. The palate is lively, creamy and well balanced, perfect with seafood or a savoury herb cake
