Spumante 'Cuvèe Prestige' Brut Fantinel comes from a blend of Glera, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay, processed using the Charmat method to enhance the fragrance of the grapes. The nose releases intense aromas of white flowers and subtle hints of citrus fruits. On the palate it is dry, fresh and elegant. Ideal with aperitifs and fish starters, it goes perfectly with smoked salmon canapés and lemon cream
