Domini Veneti's Valpolicella Classico 'Bio Organic' comes from two organic vineyards in the Negrar and Mazzurega valleys. The vinification of the indigenous grapes takes place in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The nose has a dark profile: blackberry, black cherry and pepper. The palate is warm and medium-bodied, with soft tannins. Versatile in pairing, try it with bigoli al ragù or grilled meats
