Verdicchio di Matelica 'AnimoLogico' Belisario 2023

Belisario’s Verdicchio di Matelica ‘AnimoLogico’ is an organic white wine produced using innovative winemaking techniques. In the vineyard, copper – traditionally used in organic farming – has been partially replaced by chitosan, a natural antifungal agent derived from fungi and crustaceans. In the winery, the grapes were washed with ozone to ensure optimal microbiological cleanliness, and no sulphur dioxide was added. The black bottle with gold screen-printing has been designed to protect the wine from light, preserving its integrity and quality. On the nose, it is fragrant, with hints of white-fleshed fruit, floral and vegetal notes, and a delicate hint of sweet almond on the finish.
